These terms govern the use of Apna.live, a service of EPIK TECHNOCRAVERS PRIVATE LIMITED. By subscribing you agree to them.
Apna.live provides a website on a subscription — Starter at ₹149/month or ₹1,500/year (on our subdomain, yourbusiness.apna.live) or Pro at ₹249/month or ₹2,500/year (with your own custom domain + instant WhatsApp lead alerts). Works for any business, whether or not it is listed on Google.
We build a complimentary preview based on the business information provided or publicly available. The preview expires after 7 days if you don't subscribe. Preview images are AI-generated samples. Any business that wants its preview removed can email us — we take it down immediately.
Starter ₹149/month (₹1,500/year) or Pro ₹249/month (₹2,500/year), billed via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of 18% GST, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every payment (emailed and downloadable from your admin panel). On successful payment the site goes live and you get admin access. On Pro you connect your own domain; the domain's yearly registration fee is paid to your registrar and is not included in the plan, and we do not sell domains. The subscription renews until cancelled.
Cancel anytime from your admin panel or by emailing us. On cancellation the site is paused, then deleted after a 7-day grace period. The content and data belong to the owner.
Illegal content, spam and misleading claims are not allowed. The business owner is responsible for the content published on their site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
