Google Review QR
AI writes the review, your customer posts it on your Google listing
- ✓Reviews land on your Google Business Profile
- ✓AI writes a fresh line every time
- ✓Private feedback inbox
- ✓Switch on and off from your dashboard
Your customer scans the QR → AI writes a review draft for them → they edit it in their own words and post it on your Google Business Profile. What took 5-10 minutes now takes under a minute — so they actually do it.
Add it from your dashboard in one click · billed monthly · cancel anytime
Both start with a scan. Only one gets you a review that actually says something.
Google reads the words, not just the stars. A review that names your service and your area tells Google what you should rank for.
What you usually get
Three stars' worth of information. No service, no area, no context.
What an AI starting line produces
Same customer, same 20 seconds — but Google now knows four things.
We generate a counter card sized for A5 with your business name and QR on it. Print it at any local shop, or at home.
They land on a page with your name on it and four suggested starting lines, written by AI from your own services and the phrases people in your area actually search for.
One tap copies the line and opens Google. They paste, change it to match their visit, pick their stars, done.
Print-ready A5 counter card, plus the bare QR if you want it on a bill or a sticker. Download both from your dashboard.
The moment a customer takes a line to Google it's retired for good and a new one is written. Two of your customers can never post the same sentence.
Every new line is checked against every other business we write for. Identical reviews on different listings is exactly what Google looks for.
Make a separate code for the front desk, each branch, or each staff member, and see which one actually collects reviews.
Every customer can post publicly or message you privately — both, always, side by side. You get an email the moment private feedback arrives.
Scans and click-throughs to Google, this month and all time, per QR code.

No, and nobody can do that — Google's review link accepts only your business id, with no way to pre-fill the text. We copy the line to the customer's clipboard and show them exactly where to paste it. That's one tap, and it's the same method every tool in this category uses.
It would be if we handed over a finished review and asked them to post it unchanged. We don't. The line lands in an editable box and the page asks them to put it in their own words, each line is used once and never repeats across businesses. The customer is real, the visit is real, and the words are theirs.
They see the same page as everyone else. Alongside the Google option there's always a "tell the owner privately" box, and you get an email straight away. We never hide the Google option from unhappy customers — filtering who's allowed to review you is against Google's rules and can get your listing penalised.
Please don't. Paying for reviews in any form breaks Google's policy and can get every review on your listing removed, including the genuine ones. Nothing in this add-on ever suggests it.
Yes. The QR sends people to your Google listing, so you need one. If your business isn't on Google yet, get listed first and then turn this on.
Not this add-on — this one collects them. Replying is a separate feature we're working on with Google.
