EPIK TECHNOCRAVERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), operating Apna.live, builds websites for local businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
(1) Publicly available business information (name, category, address, phone, reviews) used to build the website preview; (2) form submissions (name, phone, service, message) stored so they reach the business owner; (3) account details (phone, email) needed for login and billing.
Data is used only to provide the service - building the website, delivering bookings to the owner, and processing payments through our payment partner (Razorpay). We never sell data to any third party.
If you buy the Google Business Boost add-on and choose to connect your Google
account, we ask Google for one permission only - manage your Business Profile
(business.manage). We use it strictly to run the features you paid for: publishing
posts to your listing, reading your reviews so replies can be drafted and posted, reading your
listing's own search-performance data, and updating your business description when you approve a
change. We never read your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data, we do not use this
data to train AI models, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your Google access token is stored encrypted and is used only for your own listing. You can
disconnect at any time from your dashboard, or revoke our access from your
Google account permissions page - either
one stops all posting and replying immediately. Our use of information received from Google APIs
follows the
Google API Services
User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
Unpaid previews are deleted after 7 days. A business owner can have their data removed at any time - write to hello@apna.live.
Our owner app for Android uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics so we can see which screens owners use and be told when the app crashes. Google receives, as our processor: crash reports and diagnostics, app-interaction events (for example "opened the poster studio" or "purchased an add-on"), a Firebase app-instance identifier and your device's advertising identifier. Those events carry only the business id, its plan and its category - never a customer's phone number, name, address or message text. We do not use any of it for advertising and we do not sell it. You can reset or delete the advertising identifier under Settings → Google → Ads on your phone, and uninstalling the app stops collection entirely.
The apna.live website itself uses Google Analytics to count page visits. The websites we build for businesses carry no analytics of ours at all - nothing on your customers' visits to your site is reported back to us.
