The chair sat empty, the slot is gone, and there was never anything holding them to it.
Your counter QR works, but it can't tell you which booking a ₹200 credit belongs to. This one can.
Your counter QR
Fine at the till. Useless for a booking made three days ago.
A booking pay link
You know exactly whose slot is now held, without asking anyone.
The same one on your counter QR — yourname@paytm, or your number@ybl. Send yourself ₹1 through the real link to check it works before a customer does.
Pick a token per service — ₹200 for a hair spa, ₹500 for a consultation — or one amount for everything. Leave it off for services you'd rather not take money for upfront.
Every booking gets a Pay button and a QR. Their UPI app opens with the amount already in it, the money reaches you, and you mark it paid from your dashboard or phone.
Payments go from your customer's UPI app to yours. We never hold the money, never route it, and take no percentage — there's nothing to withdraw.
Set a small amount per service. A customer who has paid ₹200 turns up — that's the whole feature, and it's the one that pays for itself.
Every link carries a note like "Booking #148 · Hair Spa", so a credit in your UPI app tells you exactly whose it is.
Tap on a phone and GPay/PhonePe/Paytm opens with the amount filled in. On a computer, the same page shows a QR to scan.
Send the pay link over WhatsApp from your dashboard or the app, without typing your UPI ID out again.
Every booking with an advance in one place, with what was asked for and what you've confirmed arriving.
Take advances and payments straight into your own UPI account
No. Not a rupee, and not a percentage. The money goes from your customer's UPI app to your bank account directly — we only build the link. You pay ₹99/month for the feature, and that's the whole cost.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. UPI notifies your bank, not us, so nobody outside the payment can see it happen. Your UPI app pings you the second the money lands — you tap "Mark as paid" in your dashboard so your list stays accurate. That's the honest trade for keeping the money out of anyone's hands but yours.
None of it. If you have a UPI ID that already works — the one on the QR at your counter — you're done. There's no gateway account to open and no paperwork.
Some UPI apps allow it, which is why the booking number goes in the note rather than relying on the amount. Check what actually arrived in your UPI app before marking anything paid.
You refund them from your own UPI app, the same way you'd hand back cash. We're not in the middle of the payment, so there's nothing to raise with us — and nothing waiting on our approval either.
You do. Your customer paid you directly, so you're the one being paid and the invoicing is yours — exactly as it is for a counter payment today.
Set amounts only on the services where a no-show actually costs you. Everything else keeps working as a plain enquiry, with no payment asked for.
